This project was tackled on a volunteer basis to help save an old house owned by Readington Township. After a walk-through I had to inform township officials that the main structural timber beam in the basement was in danger of collapse. We came up with a plan to save the structure, which was drawn up by township engineers. Then a crew of volunteers managed by Enduring Charm stepped up and completed the work over four days. See the video for the complete story.
